PET'S TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Pets include dogs and horses– any other pets may only be allowed by written request.

You are responsible for your pet's safety. The Land Owner are not liable for injury to (or death of) your animal due during your stay. By booking with us, you recognise and accept this responsibility.

Pets must be supervised at all times and must not be left unattended  when outside the dog yard.

No more than two dogs may be bought to any property at any time.

All pet food and amenities must be provided by the pet owner (for example you are to bring your own dog blankets etc).

All pets must be up to date with their vaccinations, flea treatments and worm treatments.

Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet’s waste in a sealed ‘doggy doo’ plastic bag and removing from the property.

For health and safety reasons, pets must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the accommodation area (there is a designated wash bay area  by the tack shed).

Pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions caused by or because of their pet (this includes to wildlife or livestock on the property).

Dogs may be walked in surrounding paddocks and along the river and it is the pet owner’s sole responsibility to control and manage their pet at all times on the property.

The pet owner must agree that the land owner reserves the right to evict any guests whose pet is deemed noisy, disruptive, and aggressive or is the subject of a complaint/s from other guests. It is the pet owner’s sole responsibility to control and manage their pet. If in the view of the land owner this has not happened to an acceptable level, the owner and the pet may be evicted immediately.
